Filtration method
Step 1. Switch on all MCB's
Add caption
Step 2. Turn on borewell switch (if raw water tank is empty or half full).
 Borewell switch controlled for raw water pump from underground.

Step 3. Cleaning of plant (every day):

  1. Back wash: place multiport to back wash and then switch low pressure on and run till fine water from drained pipe.
  2. Rinse :place multiport to rinse and then switching low pressure on and run till fine water from drained pipe.
Step 4. Filtration

After switching multiport to Filter
  1. Switch main on
  2. Switch low pump on
  3. Switch chemical on
  4. Switch high pressure on
Treated water meter

  • Recycle water 1200 - 1400 lph
  • Reject water 2500 lph
  • Treated water 5000 lph
(LPH= litre per hour)
Chemical solution
1. Anti scalant: 2 litres of anti scalant should be added to 80 litres of fresh water

2. PH Booster: 800 grams of pH booster should be added to 80 liters of fresh water or 2 litres of PH booster(liguid) should be added to 80 litres of fresh water.
